Ethical Management

CM Tech seeks to fulfill its corporate social roles and responsibilities based on its management philosophy committed to building a company that contributes to cost reduction in the semiconductor industry through creative product development’ by complying with all laws, respecting the order of the free competitive market, and pursuing common prosperity with stakeholders through bringing transparency and ethics into the company’s business activities.
To this end, the company has established a Code of Ethics that serves as a standard for desirable behavior and value judgment that all employees must adhere to and pledges to actively put into action.
CM Tech’s Code of Ethics
Building on creative imagination that constantly dreams of change and strong trust in the right course of action from the beginning, CM Tech seeks to implement the corporate philosophy of creating a higher quality of life and a happier future through demonstrating transparency in management, conducting reasonable management activities that respect people, and engaging in social contribution. To this end, all employees of CM Tech will become top-level ethical managers and establish a sustainable management system for a leader in the global semiconductor industry.
  • Based on the understanding that all of CM Tech’s achievements derive from customers, we place top priority on providing the best products and maximized value that creates high quality and a happy future for our customers.
  • CM Tech complies with all applicable laws and regulations in Korea and overseas and fulfills its responsibility as a company that everyone can trust and do business with by demonstrating reasonableness and transparency in its management activities.
  • CM Tech must contribute to the prosperity and development of the country and society through endless creative initiatives for continued growth and fulfill the corporate social responsibilities required by the country and society.
  • CM Tech must respect the free competition market that secures an advantage by practicing good competition fairly and transparently. In addition, the company must promote coexistence and shared growth by conducting all transactions with corporate partners by the principles of free competition and building mutual trust through transactions that demonstrate fairness and transparency.
  • All CM Tech employees must establish management policies and ethical management values based on respect for people and mutual trust, be courteous to each other, and protect the honor and dignity of CM Tech people with pride. In addition, employees must faithfully fulfill the mission assigned to them by the company through continuous self-improvement and the highest level of ethics and responsibility. Moreover, CM Tech must provide fair opportunities and compensation accordingly.
  • Employees of CM Tech shall not leak or provide customer and company information without prior consent and legal approval, and shall not steal such information to gain unfair advantage.
To achieve this goal, CM Tech declared ethical management inside and outside the company and established the Ethical Management Code.
CM Tech will continue to do business while placing the highest priority on ethical standards, and all employees of CM Tech, regardless of their rank, must know and comply with the Ethical Management Code.
